Political advertising: You will note there are several political candidate ads on my website. The candidates have not paid for the ads, nor will I solicit any paid political advertising. UNCOVERAGE.net is a conservative news and commentary site.
There are “affiliate” ads on the site, involving many vendors and paid advertising. When I do a book review, which is not very often, it is because I feel the book is worthwhile for you, and I put a link to it in my “recommended reading.” As an affiliate, I get a tiny percentage of a sold book. That’s all.
If you order things from my advertisers, it doesn’t cost you any extra. It does help me. So feel free to click and click!
UNCOVERAGE.net will not do paid endorsements for products disguised as a news article and frowns on bloggers who do.

My purpose in writing is to cover the issues not being covered by “mainstream media,” to help our Republican conservatives stay on track, and to help our country find its way back to its original founding constitutional principles of liberty, justice, democracy, capitalism, small government, private ownership of guns and strong military. This website is also devoted to the support of Israel, the awareness of and containment of radical Islamic jihad, and respect for life at all stages. The death penalty is a good thing. Global warming is a hoax.
Candidates and public office holders who share these values will be supported here. Candidates and public office holders who do not share these values will be criticized (even Republicans, if they are not true conservatives.) That said, I will not condone “third party” activity of any sort, unless the Republican in a given race is a RINO.
UNCOVERAGE.net will tend to focus a little more on California politics than other states, due to my living in California and the fact that we are the most screwed up state in the country. However, there has been tireless blogging for candidates nationwide.
Social networking, such as Facebook and Twitter, is the new “power base” of politics. Candidates who do not grasp this now will lose.
If you are interested in becoming politically active online, please join me as we rock the house in 2010.
