Author Jack Cashill continues his bloodhound work on the  threads of Barack Obama’s “shredded” background.

Without yet making a conclusion, Cashill concludes, (as I do) that continuing to question what the president has provided about his life is “a legitimate enterprise.”   It is highly unusual to have such brief and contradictory information available for such a prominent person as a U.S. president and even more unusual that so many in the media are reluctant to dig deeper.  The task is being left to the “alternate media.”

As new information is found, and/or the Obama court cases continue, I will publish here for your review.

President Obama has spent at least $250,000 in legal fees to prevent release of certain of his birth records and yet noone in the mainstream media wants to know why.

 

Instead, the “country club” journalists have viciously attacked any attempt to clarify Obama’s birth and parentage as the “conspiracy theory” of goggle-eyed , frothing “extremists.”    The discussion was even given a derisive name: “the birther movement.”

The inference is that the only people left wondering about the many gaps in Barack Obama’s biography are the kinds that rave about black helicopters, micro-chipping, and the Trilateral Commission.

Because  Republican (as opposed to conservative) columnists also have a club, it has become much too uncomfortable and “out-of-vogue” to give credibility of the “birthers.”  Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck won’t go there.   CNN’s Lou Dobbs editorialized regularly about Obama’s family history and was eventually fired.

The only media outlet which has continued to press the administration is World Net Daily.    As reported yesterday,  WND editor Joseph Farah addressed the National Tea Party Convention in Nashville this weekend.  ( See Parts 1-4 of his speech on YouTube below.)

With  a national audience watching on Cspan live, and a receptive audience of tea party political activists  before him, Farah laid out in detail  the issue of Obama’s birth,  parentage, and the legal challenges being raised.  He  received a standing ovation from the 600 participants the meeting.

The next day, on the noted conservative website American Thinker, investigative reporter and author Jack Cashill continued the  discussion of Obama’s family history, which has been languished behind so many other issues since the 2008 election.

Cashill presents compelling evidence for either of  two  possibilities:

1) That Obama’s mother was a prostitute and his actual  father was the man considered  his “grandfather”  all his life.

2) That Obama’s mother was impregnated by a black man at age 17 in Seattle, her family moved to Hawaii to avoid the embarassment of a bi-racial out-of-wedlock child.

Clearly, the major liberal media has tainted the discussion of Obama’s deep history with its scornful rebuke of anyone who dares challenge the president.   The bigger-name conservative Republican pundits and writers, who like to speak at each other’s conventions, and appear on each other’s talk shows, and apparently do not want to offend advertisers , do not want to be slimed  by association with “birthers.”

For example, RedState.com’s Erick Erickson noted Sunday after the speech that Farah distracted from politics at the tea party convention  in Nashville by raising the Obama birth certificate issue.

“I was profoundly disappointed to hear Joseph Farah of World Net Daily hijack the convention and try to treat the birther issue as legitimate. The birther issue is not legitimate. There is no lingering constitutional issue. There never was.

Yesterday, I spent a lot of time talking about the meaning of the tea party movement and voter angst. Once Farah opened his claptrap, every question was about the birther movement. Way to go.”

I cannot presume to know whether Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, Kenya or Cucamonga.  Since being a “natural born citizen” is a constitutional requirement, it would seem a simple thing for the president of the United States to show us his documents and end the discussion.  Why does he spend so much time and effort fighting a simple request if he has nothing to hide?

Why do the conservative media let themselves be cowed or influenced in anyway by the ravings of the Daily Kos or Ariana “Zsa Zsa” Huffington?

It seems to me the very essence of the tea party movement is all about issues like the Obama citizenship question.    This movement is about not bowing to any leader,  hewing strictly to the U.S. Constitution ( a beautiful and classic document, not a “living, breathing, evolving” document as progressives call it) and demanding accountability, frugality and common sense of elected officials.

It simply doesn’t make sense that Barack Obama hasn’t handed over his proof of who he is.   It doesn’t make sense that so many journalists are being bullied  by a President who may not be anything that he claims.   It does make sense to ask some straight-forward questions and finally get some straight answers.

The cases of  John Edwards and Bill Clinton come to mind.   Both men vigorously denied salacious wrong doing in their personal lives, slimed the opposition, silenced witnesses and then eventually capitulated and admitted that everything the “fringe media” and “extremists” asserted was true.

Thank you for your bravery and diligence, Mr. Farah.   You may be wrong or you may be partially right.  You should not be silenced while you do the job that everyone else is too lily-livered to do.

“Obama Birth Issue Updated at National Tea Party Convention”

For those of you who have been wondering whether President Obama’s citizenship is a question, the short answer is: Yes.

Are the mainstream media marginalizing and minimalizing the people who seek the truth and a peek at an American birth certificate?

Yes.

Do you feel embarassed to be wondering about this issue because all the liberal pundits want you to feel stupid?

Yes.

Is  court action pending: Yes.

Conservative news blog, World Net Daily has been front and center on the issue, and WND Chief Joseph Farah updated the attendees at the National Tea Party Convention this weekend.

Here is his speech on Obama’s Birth Certificate issue and constitutional problems  regarding the Obama administration and general political topics.  The information about Obama’s birth certificate has not been covered by the mainstream media, or even Fox News.
