Even with investigations pending in the U.K., University of Pennsylvania and possibly in the Senate Environmental Committee, with admissions by the scientists involved that they fabricated data, the man who may become a billionaire based on the fraud of global warming is still pushing his snake oil.
Al Gore, denying Climate-gate, in the Sunday New York Times, the liberal “enabling” fishwrap.
Gore admits in a Slimes op-ed that there were “at least two” mistakes in the thousands of pages of careful scientific study done by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and oh, just a few other boo-boos….
It is true that the climate panel published a flawed overestimate of the melting rate of debris-covered glaciers in the Himalayas, and used information about the Netherlands provided to it by the government, which was later found to be partly inaccurate. In addition, e-mail messages stolen from the University of East Anglia in Britain showed that scientists besieged by an onslaught of hostile, make-work demands from climate skeptics may not have adequately followed the requirements of the British freedom of information law.
But, but, but….the Gore-inator concludes that science isn’t perfect, what is important that there is still consensus that global warming exists, man’s actions are causing it, and concludes with the hope that cap-and-trade legislation will be passed soon.
“Later this week, Senators John Kerry, Lindsey Graham and Joe Lieberman are expected to present for consideration similar cap-and-trade legislation.
I hope that it will place a true cap on carbon emissions and stimulate the rapid development of low-carbon sources of energy.
We have overcome existential threats before. Winston Churchill is widely quoted as having said, “Sometimes doing your best is not good enough. Sometimes, you must do what is required.” Now is that time. Public officials must rise to this challenge by doing what is required; and the public must demand that they do so — or must replace them.”
Oh, yes, Mr. Former Vice President and thank-goodness-never-Mr.-President. Oh yes. Wait till November.

In November 2009, the Telegraph, a British newspaper, carried a story, “Al Gore could become world’s first carbon billionaire”, so let us disabuse ourselves of the notion that Gore just wants to save the world.
Heavily invested in the “carbon credits” scam and technologies whose success depend on people believing fairy tales about “clean energy” alternatives such as wind and solar energy, Gore has enriched himself by trumpeting the biggest hoax of the modern era.
It is no surprise that The New York Times published his latest collection of lies. The reportorial record of the Times has been decades of lies about global warming. Whatever patina of respectability it once had has been eroded by its participation in the fraud. Why should it stop now?”
In the meantime, Oklahoma Senator Jim Inhofe, who has published a report outlining the 25 year fraud of “global warming alarmism,” is calling not only for a criminal investigation of Climate-gate, but asking that Gore be stripped of his Nobel Prize for the global warming research.

If he keeps talking about it, explaining it to the American people then maybe we will finally understand. We poor ignorant people just don’t get it. It reminds me of health care. If we just understood it better we would be all for it. Thanks Al, Thanks Barrack, for saving me from my ignorance.
Just for example:
2 + 2 = 6
4 + 4 = 10
Two mistakes, carefully mixed into the basic records. Which means that every calculation AFTER the fact becomes a continuation of those basic errors, which were presented as scientifically factual.
If it starts out wrong, it can never be right. The math might be correct (and is) but the formula was “cooked” to support a preconceived opinion, designed to make a lot of people a lot of money!
Fraud. Pure and simple. A criminal offense on the grandest scale.

Why, next thing you’ll be criticizing NASA over two tiny problems in the Challenger’s O-rings. The whole machine was incredibly complcated,99% of the parts worked perfectly, and all you can focus on is a couple of tiny flaws in one single part of the solid rocket boosters. Typical right-wing thinking.
Actually, I find it hilarious that Gore’s own movie provides a hint at the best refutation of global-warming theory. If you zoom way the hell in on his thousands-of-years graph showing temperature changes plotted against CO2 levels (which of course he never does), you would see that the CO2 rise always FOLLOWS, never PRECEDES, the rise in temperature. Mild warming is one of the planet’s responses to the release of CO2 that’s been locked up in the oceans during cooler eras. This is why Mars has been warming too. Anybody see any vehicle or airline traffic on Mars?
